Signage and Directory

To maintain quality and present a uniform appearance, building directories and directional signage must be coordinated through the Building Management Office. Tenant suite door signage is subject to Building Management approval. Please submit renderings of proposed signage to the Building Management Office for approval.

The Shorenstein Realty Services Management Office maintains an alphabetical directory screen on the First Floor Lobby in each building. The landlord provides a listing of the firm name at no charge. There is an order form included in this handbook for your use in specifying names you wish listed on the directory.

When completed the form should be returned to the Shorenstein Realty Services Management Office. Allow five business days for the installation of the directory listing. Directory listings are in the following format:

Company Listings
ABC Company 2100
John J. Smith, President
Or
Individual Listing
Smith, John J. 2100

Graphics (Suite Identification, Signs and Notices)

Building standard suite identification plaques are provided by the Landlord for the tenant’s main entry and elevator lobby. Any graphics other than the building standard suite identification plaque must be approved by the Landlord prior to installation, particularly those graphics visible from public areas of the building.

There is an order form included in this handbook for use in specifying how you wish your company name to appear on the plaque. Please feel free to contact the Shorenstein Realty Services Management Office with any questions.

Please do not tape temporary or non-building standard signs to the building walls, suite doors, building or elevator lobby doors, or elevator walls. Any hand written signage must remain within the suite and not posted on exterior suite windows or Suite doors.
